New 2015 course programmes offer an alternative path

ESPA College is launching a range of new course programmes in 2015 to complement its established high quality core curriculum for young people on the autism spectrum, to provide an alternative offer for our students.

They include Pathways, Specialist Traineeships and the Personal Progress Pathway. Find information on each via the links, where you can also download information leaflets.

Core Curriculum

This programme includes students development and understanding of their autism, their emotions and their impact on themselves and others. This enables them to live a more rewarding and independent life. The specialist programme includes peer support, social skills groups and individual counselling.

Other Curriculum Areas

Our programme of study is designed to meet the needs, interests and long-term goals of every student and includes Functional Skills, Literacy and numeracy courses are tailored to the individual student’s needs after diagnostic assessment. Students are able to develop their skills in reading, writing and speaking and listening in everyday life.
