ESPA is an established Charity that supports people with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related conditions. We want to recruit some great new Support Workers, people with the right values and qualities to work in our community services. Could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values and attitudes to match our own. You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications, we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.
We are looking to recruit Support Workers to work alongside a young man living in his own home in Coulby Newham.
We would be very keen to hear from you if you are interested in working as part of a small team.
We are looking for the following in all applicants:
- A willingness to provide 1: 1 and 2:1 support
- Availability to cover night shifts on a shared rota basis when permanent night staff are on leave
- A high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
- Experience of working with individuals who display behaviour that may challenge services
- A confident and calm disposition
