ESPA is an established Charity that supports people with Autism Spectrum Condition. Our service in Forest Hall can provide support for up to six individuals with ASC to enjoy a lifestyle of their choice. Individuals applying for the post of support worker should have a positive, encouraging attitude and be sensitive to the needs of others.

We want to recruit Support Workers to join our dynamic team who share our passion about making a real difference to individual’s lives. The successful applicant will need to be flexible in regard to shift patterns and have a good level of fitness in order to support individuals to participate in a wide range of activities.
