We would be looking for the following experience, skills and characteristics in the successful candidate:
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a supportive and compassionate way with service users and their families

At some point in the future, it is possible the service will offer extended opening hours to include evenings and weekends and as a result it will be necessary for the successful candidate to be able to work flexibly, in order to meet service needs.
The role will include being part of the senior on call rota for the Teesside area.
Qualifications relevant to the role, or a willingness to work towards them would be required.
