ESPA is an established Charity that supports people with Autism Spectrum Condition. The ESPA service in Forest Hall can provide support for up to six individuals with ASC; individuals applying for the post of support worker should have a positive, encouraging attitude and be sensitive to the needs of others. The successful applicant will need to be flexible in regard to shift patterns and have a good level of fitness in order to support individuals to participate in a wide range of activities.

Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values and attitude; individuals who are caring and compassionate. You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker.
