ESPA is an established Charity that supports adults with Autism Spectrum Condition. Our small service in Forest Hall currently provides support for three men with ASC in their 20s and 30s to enjoy a lifestyle of their choice.

Individuals applying for the post of support worker should have a positive, encouraging attitude and be sensitive to the needs of others.

We want to recruit Support Workers to join our dynamic team who share our passion about making a real difference to individual’s lives. The successful applicant will need to be flexible in regard to shift patterns and have a good level of fitness in order to support individuals to participate in a wide range of activities.
