ESPA is a charity that supports autistic people across College, residential and domiciliary services across the North East.

You will be working as part of a small but supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team based in Sunderland working with individuals in the College and residential services.
The successful candidate will work with individuals and staff teams to assess communication needs, implement tailored strategies and interventions and evaluate outcomes.
